My client is a leading fashion brand with a strong heritage. Although well established they approach business with the enthusiasm of a start up and are constantly innovating and implementing change.
    We are looking for a Change, Communication and Engagement Lead to join the business on an initial 6 month contract as an Interim. You will be a dynamic, experienced change lead with a proven track record of effective change management on large, complex, people centric projects. Experience of work space change and how that impacts on culture and ways of working would be a bonus.

        The role forms part of a project looking to the future aiming to transform the working environment to support a new hybrid model of flexible, activity based working, as people start to return to the office space, in London. The programme is addressing the physical work environment from finding and setting up a new office, to implementing and embedding 'activity based working'.
          Your role will plan and deliver a change and engagement approach that puts people at the heart of it all - bringing them along on the journey. You will be partnering with an external workplace consultancy, HR and other senior business stakeholders, the Communications and Culture team, as well as a dedicated Wellbeing Specialist.
            The approximate duration of this role is for 6 months (flexible)
              You will take a lead on planning all communications, engagement and people change activities, including a messaging framework, stakeholder engagement plan, multi-channel and multimedia communications plan, supporting engagement workshops, feedback and listening sessions, and more. You will lead on a Change Impact Assessment, supporting business leads and the Head of HR to identify the impacts on people and processes.
                You will assess whether any groups need training on any new processes, systems, roles and responsibilities, ways of working or mindsets. You will then coordinate the training materials development and support the training roll out with guidance and support from the Global Change and Training team.
                  You will coach and support managers to build on their people management skills to get the best out of their teams through this change and beyond and work closely with the project teams and external partners on delivering and facilitating change workshops.
                    To succeed as the Change Lead you will have:
                      - 3-5 years of experience of delivering change projects within a similar context
                        - Demonstrated knowledge of change management best practice
                          - Great coaching skills, with the ability to support and motivate people and managers through any people change - high EQ and and people intuition is needed here.
                            - Confidence and credibility to take the lead and challenge or influence (up, across and down) when necessary
                              - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
                                - Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation with a project
