Absolute HR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a unique private sector organisation based in Stevenage who are currently searching for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist on a 6 month temporary contract. The role will focus on a variety of reward projects and day-to-day operations, and offers the opportunity to be included in a broad spectrum of reward activities.
- Manage the review and mapping of all benefits and terms and conditions.
- Use expertise to design, develop and implement new / alternative benefits in line with business strategy.
- Oversee the operation of all reward and benefits initiatives on a day-to-day basis
- Be the first point of contact to address benefit queries from staff and third party suppliers.
- Provide advice and guidance to the wider HR team on Company benefits.
- Support key organisational projects, in relation to compensation and benefits data.
Skills and experience:
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
- Experience in designing and implementing bonus and pay programmes.
- Able to deliver within a fast paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of reward packages.
- Stakeholder engagement across a variety of levels.
- Strong attention to detail.
