My client is seeking a strategically minded Head of HR to lead the Business Partnering function in delivering a value-add and commercially focussed service. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will be joining the organisation during a period of structural and cultural change, and will therefore need to possess strong influencing skills and be confident when engaging with key internal stakeholders. The role will involve formulating and leading a robust transformation programme, focussing on Employee Relations, Talent Management, Engagement and Industrial Relations. Duties:
  • Consult and advise the Senior Leadership team on transitional people matters
  • Design, implement and project manage the organisations transformation programme to completion
  • Act as a key influencer within the HR team and the wider business
  • Tackle people matters with expertise and professionalism, ensuring smooth transitions through periods of change
  • Develop and embed the company’s Talent and Employee Engagement strategies
  • Manage the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
Skills and experience:
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leader with experience managing transformation projects
  • Proven TUPE exposure
