My client is a successful advertising agency in the media industry looking to hire an HR Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the administrative processes for the HR function including:
Recruitment administration of new starters and Fixed Term Contracts and Freelancers. Issuing employment contracts, NDA's and other related documents and ensuring IR35 compliance. Checking right to work documents & visas for new joiners and confirming changes in employment terms and conditions to promoted employees, including pay reviews and changes of job titles.
You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining an accurate HR Database and employee files, providing monthly and ad-hoc reports from the HR system. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to work alongside the HR Manager and Operations Director on HR related projects.
To be successful in the role you will come from an agency or creative environment with a non corporate, fast paced culture. You will have strong HR administrative experience and will have dealt with the administration relating to freelance staff and IR35. You will have strong IT skills, experience of using a HRIS, a confident proactive and personal approach.
