A Health Care group is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner. You will report into the HR Director but will work pro-actively and independently to promote best practice across the group and deliver on the Group People Strategy.
Together with the HRD you will be responsible for the entire Employee life cycle and overseeing HR operations working with the wider HR team to manage staff turnover, retention and absence management, L&D and DE&I.
You will partner with Senior Managers to support them with the daily operational challenges within their team, such as performance management, employee engagement and reward.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and progressing their career, but to succeed you will be CIPD qualified with previous HR experience and substantial Employee Relations exposure. You must have a background within the Care sector.
