A well known consumer brand, are looking for a strategic Change Manager for a 12 mth FTC who can drive a change agenda, building better visibility and understanding of change in the business. The business is committed to delivering a number of key business initiatives to help build the organisational culture and capabilities, achieve operational excellence, and bring the business closer to the consumer.
You will be responsible for establishing the foundations of a change office that will see the business through future growth plans, working together with the Change & Training Lead. Bringing visibility of key strategic changes and projects tying it all together globally.
The role requires a hands-on approach for early stage initiatives, particularly across HR People projects. Implementing best practice in project management and change management, ensuring projects have up to date delivery and benefits management plans and status reporting. You will also put processes in place to gather and capture data and monitor progress whilst exploring and introducing new, practical ways of working.
To be successful you will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, working in a fast-paced, agile and dynamic environment, engaging at all levels in the business including the Global Leadership Team influencing decision making credibly at all levels. You will have fantastic communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, extensive experience in delivering change and transformation particularly across People centric projects. Experience gained in fast moving, non corporate environments is advantageous.
