A leading UK disability charity supporting around 700,000 people and their families, providing information, support services and campaign for a better world for disabled people have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join one of their schools located in West London. This is an Ofsted Outstanding School, offering educational support for children and young people between the ages of 4-19, providing the best possible support for students to assist them with their learning and educational needs.
As the HR Coordinator you join on a temp to perm basis and will be working in a busy office environment, supporting the HR Manager working to manage the end-to-end HR process providing administrative support and first line advice and guidance to Managers and staff.
As the successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a HR department and should ideally have completed or be working towards completing CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. You should be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, providing accurate HR advice to the management team and be an effective administrator who is able to multitask and prioritise their workload to ensure deadlines are met. Proven experience in using word and excel is essential and experience of managing data through an HRIS would be an advantage.
