A small but growing privately owned professional services company is looking to hire a HR Manager to work in a standalone capacity reporting into the CEO with the responsibility of designing and delivering the people strategy to support the wider company objectives and growth plans.
    As the HR Manager you will single handedly run the people, change and HR function for a growing team of 40 employees. You will manage all aspects of HR and will support team members, line managers and leadership on all people related matters.
      To succeed in this role, you will be someone that can turn strategy into action and ensure the team is set up to deliver the business' objectives. You will have the ability to get people aligned to common goals and values, managing people with empathy and imagination but with the professionalism to make tough decisions when they are needed.
        You must have a background within a professional sector and you will have previous HR experience in a small business in a stand-alone position.
