We are looking to appoint a People & Talent Manager to provide a full HR generalist service as part of a collaborative and friendly People team.
      You will be responsible for coaching, advising and supporting managers in all areas of people management and overseeing the full HR operations life cycle. You will support the Head of People & Talent with the delivery of strategic HR projects and you will also have the opportunity to line manage two staff.
        Responsibilities of the role include managing:
          *Employment relations issues such as disciplinary processes, grievances, restructures, etc.
            *Welfare and wellbeing processes
              *Delivery of key HR processes ensuring compliance and alignment with policy and overall strategic direction
                *Best practice delivery to managers in areas such as performance management & employee development
                  *Data analytics & insight to the leadership team
                    *The recruitment process with the support from a Junior HR Advisor Talent Coordinators
                      *Identifying opportunities to drive improvement and inspire excellence
                        To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced HR generalist with great communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You must have experience of working in an agile environment and be used to finding solutions to challenging problems, working with a highly educated and intelligent workforce. You must be able to demonstrate strong Employee Relations experience gained in a SME sized business ideally with a global footprint.
