Our client, a leading organisation within the Information Technology and Services sector, is currently seeking a skilled HR System Implementation Consultant to propel and manage the HR and Payroll system implementation process. The successful candidate will take responsibility for working with complex new clients and draw on project management skills to ensure system implementation, maintenance and modifications are completed seamlessly and to maximum efficiency. This is a permanent position within a fantastic organisation, offering a dynamic culture and room for development. Duties:
  • Work with new clients to scope and interpret requirements
  • Complete details project plans for bespoke systems
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and agree set SLA’s
  • Proactively seek and suggest service and process improvement initiatives
  • Build systems which are appropriate, functional and bespoke to the client
  • Load employee data and process client payroll
Skills and experience:
  • Experience working extensively with HR systems, supporting a large number of employees
  • Payroll systems knowledge preferred
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships, both in person and via telephone communication
  • Posses strong commercial awareness
  • Good customer service skills with a client focussed attitude
  • Knowledge of the outsourcing sector advantageous
  • Formal payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) desirable
