We're working with an innovative business in the cosmetics industry to find their new In-House Recruiter.
Working within the HR team, you'll partner with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies to help the business find amazing talent to join their team.  Providing an incredible candidate experience is key, from the first conversation right through to induction.
The successful candidate will...
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes at a time
  • Be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates using the most up to date candidate attraction methods
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience, maintaining relationships and acting as the point of contact between them and the wider business
  • Conduct interviews via telephone, online and in person
  • Manage the offer process, negotiating, closing and issuing relevant paperwork
  • Own the onboarding process, creating an introduction plan for each joiner
  • Creating job descriptions and interview questions specific to the requirements of each vacancy
  • Create and provide recruitment training to key stakeholders
  • Providing forecasting and reporting on the recruitment process and future hiring needs
  • Work with the HR team on projects as required (such as employee wellbeing initiatives)
    You could be the successful candidate if you...
  • Are an experienced, full-cycle recruiter, able to work in a more generalist capacity
  • Are a true people person, able to speak to candidates at all levels and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand the importance of candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Are a skilled candidate sourcer, up to date on the latest sourcing methods and able to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Are organised, methodical, detail-oriented and a problem solver who can think outside the box
  • Have experience using a range of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
