My client is a fast growing and vibrant company leading innovation in the cosmetics industry. There is a non corporate culture at this company, its fun but professional, with a sense of collaboration and team spirit. There is an opportunity for a hybrid working pattern, but the office is based in North London.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic recruiter to join for a 6 month maternity cover contract with an immediate start.
As a member of the HR team, you'll work with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent. You need to be passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience from the initial reach out and first conversation a candidate has with you through to the new hire induction process.
You will manage the full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role. Develop and execute fully comprehensive hiring plans, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure you meet their hiring needs and goals. Conducting interviews both digitally and face to face.
Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
On-boarding and working towards KPIs and SLAs whilst supporting the HR team when required.
Previous experience working as either an agency or inhouse recruiter across general corporate roles is essential with proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience. You will have a deep understanding of candidate care, balancing process with candidate experience.
