This is an amazing opportunity for a Reward professional to support the development of a Reward Strategy for a newly listed business. Working in a small Reward Team, the role will partner closely with Group and EMEA HR Teams to provide support, mentoring and advice to international regions to ensure the delivery of the global reward approach.
Key areas of responsibilities are:
- Partnering with Regional HR Teams, you will provide advice, guidance, tools, materials, and expertise on all things reward related, owning the operational delivery of reward in these areas.
- The end-to-end delivery of benchmarking and pay analysis across the business to maintain the reward framework, plus collating, analysing and interpreting reward data to model scenarios/forecasts and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Working closely with the Regional HR Teams to support the delivery and continuous improvement reward activities
- Supporting the Global Reward Manager in reward requirements associated with being a newly listed company, including the calculations for any statutory reporting, preparing information for the Remuneration Committee and supporting the implementation of employee share schemes.
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role, and ideally have knowledge of reward within a PLC. An understanding of key reward disciplines such as pay principles, job levelling techniques, benchmarking, incentive methodologies, benefits provision, tax and legal regulations. You will have strong numerical and analytical skills and good experience of interpreting data. You should have advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Reward benchmarking tools.
