We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join a global software business who will be responsible for managing the hiring process across multiple departments within the business (predominantly in the UK but also working in the EMEA region as well). You'll be responsible for the candidate sourcing strategy, partnering with key stakeholders on recruitment matters and responsible for ensuring that the business attracts the best of the best to join their team.
    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)...
    • End to end management of the recruiting process
    • Proactively sourcing candidates, ensuring you are up to date on the latest candidate attraction methods, and leading the sourcing strategy
    • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience, maintaining relationships and acting as the point of contact between them and the wider business
    • Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders (both in the UK and internationally) including the leadership team, HR team and the global recruitment function
    • Managing relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies and other third parties
    • Creating and implementing various recruitment initiatives and rolling these out throughout the business (such as referral campaigns, social media presence, internal mobility initiatives)

    • Are a skilled candidate sourcer and up to date on the latest sourcing methods
    • Are organised, methodical, detail oriented and a problem solver who can think outside the box
    • Have Experience recruiting in a tech/software business, that would be a bonus
    • Have agency experience as well as in house experience
